　これまで4回にわたって開催してきた「オンライン基礎昆虫学会議」は、遠隔地の参加者同士をつなぐ研究交流の場として、多くの方々にご参加いただいてきました。第5回となる本会では、名称を「オンライン昆虫学会議」と改め、昆虫やその他陸上節足動物の研究に取り組む学生・研究者が、基礎・応用にとらわれることなく、分野をまたいで気軽に交流できる場となることを目指します。また、オンライン開催ながら、より近い距離感で意見交換できるよう、ポスターセッション形式を採用しています。発表後の懇親会も含め、研究内容や関心分野について密に意見を交わせる機会となれば幸いです。若手・ベテラン、プロ・アマチュアを問わず、昆虫学に関心をもつ多くの皆様のご参加ならびに研究発表を心よりお待ちしています。

　The Online Conference of General Entomology has been held four times and has provided a platform for research exchange among participants from different regions. For the fifth meeting, the conference has been renamed the Online Conference on Entomology, with the aim of providing a forum where students and researchers engaged in studies of insects and other terrestrial arthropods can interact freely across disciplines, regardless of whether their research is basic or applied. The conference will be held in a poster-style format to encourage active discussion, followed by a social gathering. We warmly welcome participation and presentations from a wide range of attendees, including early-career and senior, as well as both professional and amateur entomologists. International participants and presentations in English are also welcome.

※オンライン会場にポスターを掲示し、参加者が自由に移動しながら閲覧・質疑を行います。

※Posters will be displayed in the online venue, enabling participants to browse and ask questions freely.

※使用方法は簡単です。利用方法のマニュアルは本ページ下部に掲載しています。

※The system is easy to use. The user manual is provided at the bottom of this page.

※応募者多数の場合は早期に締め切ります。応募状況は発表申し込みフォームから確認できます。

Registrations of participation/presentation are accepted by below entry forms. You can see the remaining number of acceptable presentations in the Entry Form of Presentation (up to 40 presentations).

ポスターファイル Poster file ※2月26日(木) 提出締切

以下の要領で、ポスターファイルをフォームにご提出ください。

・ファイル名は「OCE2026_ポスターファイル_XXXX（発表者のお名前）」としてください。

・ファイルはPDF形式でご登録ください。

・ポスターはA0サイズもしくはスライド10枚以下（4:3または16:9）でご準備ください。

・スライドは通常の口頭発表と同じ要領でご準備ください。

・文字などの大きさは、パソコンのディスプレイで見れるようにご配慮ください。

Please submit your poster file via the form below until 26th, February.

・The file name should be written as "OCE2026_poster_XXXX (your name)".

・Please send your poster file as PDF.

・Please prepare your poster as an A0-sized poster or up to 10 slides (4:3 or 16:9).

・Please prepare your slide as an ordinary oral presentation.

注意点 Notes

～参加者のみなさま～ For participants

・ポスターはダウンロード不可の設定にする予定です。無断での再配布はお控えください。

・本会議ではoViceを利用します。oViceの利用にアプリのインストールは必要ありません。操作性が悪いためスマートフォンやタブレット端末での参加はあまり推奨しません。快適にご参加したい方はPCでの参加をお勧めします。

・本会議では、本会議の目的に沿わない不適切な発言を禁止します。

・マイクの準備あるいはマイクのあるデバイスのご使用をお願いします。

・oViceアイコンの名前はプロフィール設定から「名前・所属」に変更してください。設定方法は本ページ下部に掲載のマニュアル、あるいは公式のマニュアルをご覧ください。

 ・Please do not redistribute the poster without permission.

 ・We will hold this conference using oVice system. It is not necessary to install the application in advance. We do not recommend using smartphones or tablets to participate in this conference due to their poor usability. If you want to participate comfortably, we recommend you using PC.

 ・It is prohibited to post any inappropriate comments in this meeting.

～発表者のみなさま～ For presenters

・発表時間はコアタイム60分を予定しています。

・自身の発表時間の30分前にはoViceの会議室に入室するようにしてください。

・大会前日および当日午前中に試写対応をおこないます。発表者には案内メールを送付します。oVice の動作確認にご利用ください。対応時間：2月27日(金) 11:00 〜 13:00, 18:00 〜 20:00, 2 月28日(土) 11:00〜13:00

・Length of presentation is 60 minutes (core time).

・If you are a speaker, please join oVice at least 30 minutes before your presentation.

・The test sessions for presentation slides will be held on the day before and the morning of the conference. An information email will be sent to all presenters. Please join to test your connection and screen sharing on oVice.

Available Hours: Friday, Feb 27: 11:00 – 13:00, 18:00 – 20:00. Saturday, Feb 28: 11:00 – 13:00.

～懇親会ご参加のみなさま～ For reception participants

・懇親会はoViceで行い、ポスター発表会場と同じURLをそのまま利用します。

・画面共有機能があるため、自己紹介スライドを用意しておくと便利です。

・The reception will be hold by oVice using the same URL of the poster presentation.

・Preparing a self-introduction slide may be useful.
