2025年2月23日　講演要旨集を参加者宛てにメールで送付しました。

　かつてコロナ禍において、多くの対面による昆虫関係の学会大会が中止となり、研究について意見交換をする機会が大幅に減少しました。これを受け、昆虫分類学若手懇談会は、3回にわたってオンラインシステムを利用した演者募集型の研究集会‟オンライン基礎昆虫学会議”を開催しました。これらはいずれも多くの参加申し込み、研究発表申込みを頂くとともに、多くの方々からご好評をいただくことができました。この際に、対面上では距離や日程の問題から参加できなかった方でも参加可能であることや、他の作業をしながらでも研究会に参加し、講演を聞くことができることなど、オンライン開催ならではのメリットも感じられました。コロナ禍における規制の緩和から、近年では多くの学会大会が対面で開催されるようになりましたが、オンライン開催による研究交流機会の提供も並行して行うことができないかと考え、第4回オンライン基礎昆虫学会議の開催決定に至りました。

　そこで、第4回オンライン基礎昆虫学会議では、オンラインによる多くの方々の研究交流を目的に、研究集会を行います。今回のオンライン基礎昆虫学会議では、従来のオンライン形式の口頭発表のほか、より気軽な研究交流に重点を置いたショートトークも募集します。昆虫やその他陸上節足動物を対象にして、分類学・生態学・形態学など、さまざまなアプローチから基礎研究に取り組む学生・研究者の研究発表を募集します。若手・ベテラン・プロ・アマ問わず、さまざまな方々からの参加・講演申込みをお待ちしています。興味のある方は、是非ご参加ください。

We will have an online conference for the researchers engaged in basic research (e.g. taxonomy, ecology, and morphology) of insects and other terrestrial arthropods. In addition to the traditional online format of oral presentations, short talk presentations are also invited for more casual research exchanges. Although we cannot prepare our proceedings translated into English, foreign participants and English presentations are welcome. If you have any questions, feel free to ask us.

※応募者多数の場合は早期に締め切ります。応募状況は講演申込みフォームから確認できます。

参加・講演申込み方法

以下のGoogle formから参加・講演申込みをお願いします。お手数ですが、講演者の方も、参加申込みをお願いします。なお、残りの講演可能題数は講演申込みフォーム画面で確認することができます（上限：講演20題、ショートトーク30題）。

Registrations of participation/presentation are accepted by below entry forms. You can see the remaining number of acceptable presentations in the Entry Form of Presentation (up to 20 titles for the oral presentation, and 30 titles for the short talk presentation).

講演要旨（2月8日までに提出）

以下の要領で、講演要旨ファイルを公式メールアドレス（[email protected]）へお送りください。

・メールの件名およびファイル名は『OCGE4_講演要旨_XXXXX（発表者のお名前）』としてください

・ Microsoft の Word で以下のように作成してください。

・1枚目には、「講演タイトル」と「講演者名」、「各人の所属機関の略称」を記述してください。

・2枚目には、本文のみ（1000字まで）を記述してください。

・図表を含めても構いませんが、本文が１ページを超えないように調整してください。

・ショートトークについては1枚目（講演タイトル、講演者名、各人の所属機関の略称）のみを提出してください。

Please send the file of your abstract to the official email address ([email protected]) until 8th, February.

・Email title and the file name should be written as “OCGE4_Abstract_XXXXX(your name)”.

・Abstracts are accepted in the MS Word file made by the following format.

・In the first page of the file, please provide the information of “Presentation title”, “Names and affiliations of all presenters”

・In the second page of the file, please write the main text of your abstract (up to 500 words)

・Figures and/or tables can be included in the second page, though it should fit on one page

・For the short talk presentation, please send only the first page (presentation title, names and affiliations of all presenters) should be submitted

注意点

～参加者のみなさま～

・本会議ではZoomとoViceを利用します。参加に用いるデバイス (PC やタブレット端末、スマートフォンなど）は、あらかじめ、講演タイトル集 (2月15日発行予定) に記載されたマニュアルに従い、Zoomのインストール・アップデート・サインアップを完了させてください。oViceの利用にアプリのインストールは必要ありません。操作性が悪いためスマートフォンやタブレット端末での参加はあまり推奨しません。快適にご参加したい方はPCでの参加をお勧めします。

・本会議では、本会議の目的に沿わない不適切な発言を禁止します。

・マイクの準備あるいはマイクのあるデバイスのご使用をお願いします。

・oViceアイコンの名前はプロフィール設定から「名前・所属」に変更してください。設定方法は講演要旨集のマニュアルをご覧ください。

 ・We will hold this conference using Zoom and oVice. You need your PC or tablet, and we recommend signing up as a free user in Zoom or install Zoom application to your tablet and/or update your application of Zoom before launching the meeting (How to sign up, install and update the application are in our proceeding for the title of presentations issued on 15th, February). It is not necessary to install the oVice in advance. We do not recommend using smartphones or tablets to participate in this conference due to their poor usability. If you want to participate comfortably, we recommend you using PC.

 ・It is prohibited to post any inappropriate comments in this meeting.

 ・Please set your profile of oVice to "your name and your affilication". Please refer to the manual in the proceedings for instructions.

～口頭発表の講演者さま～

・発表時間は15分（質疑応答込み）です。

・自身の講演時間の30分前にはログインするようにしてください。

・講演中は講演者のカメラをオンにしていただきます。マイクの準備に加えて、webカメラあるいはカメラ機能のあるデバイスの用意をお願いします。

・大会前日に、試写のための時間を設けます。また、当日も、試写用のZoomのルームを提供します。Zoomの操作、ファイルの動作に不安のある方は、ご利用ください（試写会の時間や詳しい操作方法は講演要旨集（2月22日発行予定）を参照してください）。

・Length of oral presentation is 15 minutes including the time for discussion with the audience.

・If you are a speaker, please join the meeting at least 30 minutes before your oral presentation.

・We would like to ask the presenters to show your video (turn on your camera) during your oral presentation.

・We will provide a time of preview screening for the presenters on the previous day of the meeting, also another room of Zoom for preview screening on the day of the meeting (see the proceeding issued on 22nd, February).

～ショートトークの講演者さま～

ショートトークとは、意見交換や情報共有といった若手の交流を目的としたカジュアルな発表形式です。自身の研究内容や計画、最近考えている事、共有したい事柄などを自由に発表ができます。

・ショートトークはoViceで行います。

・発表時間は8分（発表3～5分+質疑応答）です。

・自身の講演時間の30分前にはログインするようにしてください。

・講演中は講演者のカメラをオンにしていただきます。マイクの準備に加えて、webカメラあるいはカメラ機能のあるデバイスの用意をお願いします。

・大会前日に、試写のための時間を設けます。また、当日も、試写用のoViceのルームを提供します。oViceの操作、ファイルの動作に不安のある方は、ご利用ください（試写会の時間や詳しい操作方法は講演要旨集（2月22日発行予定）を参照してください）。

・スライドの形式はパワーポイントまたはPDFを推奨しています。

The short talk presentation is a casual format designed to facilitate networking and exchange of ideas among young researchers. Presenters are free to present their research, plans, recent thoughts, or any topics they wish to share.

・The short talk presentation will be held at oVice.

・Length of each short talk presentation is 8 minutes (3–5 minutes for the presentation, followed by the time for discussion with the audience).

・If you are a speaker, please join the meeting at least 30 minutes before your short talk presentation.

・We would like to ask the presenters to show your video (turn on your camera) during your short presentation.

・We will provide a time of preview screening for the presenters on the previous day of the meeting, also another room of oVice for preview screening on the day of the meeting (see the proceeding issued on 22nd, February).

・We recommend using PowerPoint or PDF formats for your slides.

～懇親会ご参加のみなさま～

・懇親会はoViceで行います。

・懇親会では、基本的に、カメラをオンにして参加していただきます。webカメラあるいはカメラ機能のあるデバイスの用意をお願いします。

・画面共有機能があるため、自己紹介ファイルや、扱っている分類群などのファイルを用意しておくと便利です。

・The post-conference party will be held at oVice.
